This policy describes how Qq Budget for Android handles information. Qq Budget helps you record and plan your personal finances. It does not require you to create an account or connect a bank account.

Financial records and preferences

You choose what to enter, such as account and card names, balances, income, expenses, payment history, reminders, tags, and app preferences. The app uses these records to provide its budgeting, reporting and reminder features. Qq Budget stores them in the app’s private storage on your device. The developer does not operate a server that receives or stores your budget records, and the app does not intentionally include those records in advertising requests.

Android’s app-storage protections help restrict access to the app’s private files. Qq Budget does not provide separate encryption for its local database. Protect your device and any files you export; no method of storage is completely secure.

Export, import and device backup

You may choose to export reports or a JSON backup to a location selected through Android’s file picker. JSON backups contain your records and settings in readable, unencrypted form. Exported reports may also contain financial information. The destination you choose, including any cloud provider or sharing service, controls its own handling of those files. Qq Budget does not automatically upload these files to a developer-operated server.

Android system backup is disabled for the app’s private data. A user-created export is separate from the app’s private storage and may remain in its chosen destination after the app is uninstalled. Keep a backup if you want to restore your records later.

Reminders

If you enable notifications and set reminders, Qq Budget schedules notifications on your device. Notification permission is managed through Android. The default notification text is generic and does not include your financial amounts. Android and device settings may affect delivery.

Advertising and privacy choices

The Android version includes Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK and uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage applicable privacy choices. When applicable, Google and its advertising partners may receive information including IP address and approximate location derived from it, device or advertising identifiers, app and advertising interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. They use this information for purposes such as serving and measuring ads, analytics, security and fraud prevention. Data handled and partners involved can vary with your region, choices and the advertising configuration.

Where required, the app presents Google’s privacy message before requesting ads. Where privacy options are required and available, you can revisit them from the app’s Settings. You can also manage or reset your Android advertising ID through your device settings. These controls do not necessarily prevent all information from being used to deliver or secure ads.

Retention and deletion

Your budget records and app preferences remain in the app’s private storage until you delete them, clear the app’s data in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes the app’s local data and settings; it does not remove exports, backups or copies saved elsewhere. You must delete those files separately from their chosen locations. If a record has related transaction history, in-app deletion and correction behavior follows the options presented in the app.

Google and any relevant advertising partners handle retention and deletion of the information they receive under their own policies and applicable settings. See Google’s data retention information.

Children

Qq Budget is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app or an advertising service, contact us using the address below.

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The latest version and its update date will be available on this page. Uygulama bu bilgileri bütçe, raporlama ve hatırlatma özelliklerini sunmak için kullanır. Qq Budget bunları cihazınızdaki uygulamaya özel depolama alanında saklar. Geliştiricinin bütçe kayıtlarınızı alan veya saklayan bir sunucusu yoktur; uygulama, reklam isteklerine bu kayıtları bilerek eklemez.

Android’in uygulama depolama korumaları, uygulamaya özel dosyalara erişimi sınırlamaya yardımcı olur. Qq Budget yerel veritabanı için ayrıca şifreleme sağlamaz. Cihazınızı ve dışa aktardığınız dosyaları koruyun; hiçbir depolama yöntemi tamamen güvenli değildir.

Dışa aktarma, içe aktarma ve cihaz yedeği

Raporları veya bir JSON yedeğini Android’in dosya seçicisinden belirlediğiniz konuma kaydedebilirsiniz. JSON yedekleri kayıtlarınızı ve ayarlarınızı okunabilir, şifrelenmemiş biçimde içerir. Dışa aktarılan raporlar da finansal bilgiler içerebilir. Bulut sağlayıcısı veya paylaşım hizmeti dahil seçtiğiniz konum, dosyaları kendi kurallarına göre işler. Qq Budget bu dosyaları geliştiriciye ait bir sunucuya otomatik olarak yüklemez.

Uygulamanın özel verileri için Android sistem yedeklemesi kapalıdır. Sizin oluşturduğunuz dışa aktarım dosyası, uygulamanın özel depolamasından ayrıdır ve uygulamayı kaldırdıktan sonra seçtiğiniz konumda kalabilir. Kayıtlarınızı daha sonra geri yüklemek istiyorsanız bir yedek saklayın.

Hatırlatıcılar

Bildirimleri etkinleştirip hatırlatıcı ayarlarsanız Qq Budget bildirimleri cihazınızda planlar. Bildirim izni Android üzerinden yönetilir. Varsayılan bildirim metni geneldir ve finansal tutarları içermez. Android ve cihaz ayarları bildirimin teslimini etkileyebilir.

Reklamlar ve gizlilik seçenekleri

Android sürümü, Google Mobil Reklamlar SDK’sı aracılığıyla Google AdMob’u içerir ve uygulanabilir gizlilik tercihlerini yönetmek için Google User Messaging Platform’u (UMP) kullanır. Gerektiğinde uygulama, reklam isteğinden önce Google’ın gizlilik mesajını gösterir. Gizlilik seçeneklerinin gerekli ve kullanılabilir olduğu durumlarda bunlara uygulamanın Ayarlar bölümünden yeniden erişebilirsiniz. Android reklam kimliğinizi cihaz ayarlarından da yönetebilir veya sıfırlayabilirsiniz. Bu kontroller, reklamların sunulması veya güvenliği için tüm bilgi kullanımını mutlaka engellemez.

Google’ın uygulamalarını Google hizmetlerini kullanan sitelerden veya uygulamalardan alınan bilgilerin kullanımı, Google Gizlilik Politikası ve Mobil Reklamlar SDK’sı veri açıklamalarında inceleyebilirsiniz.

Saklama ve silme

Bütçe kayıtlarınız ve uygulama tercihleriniz; siz silene, Android ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizleyene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar uygulamaya özel depolamada kalır. Verileri temizlemek veya uygulamayı kaldırmak, uygulamanın yerel verilerini ve ayarlarını siler; başka konumlarda sakladığınız dışa aktarım dosyalarını, yedekleri veya kopyaları silmez. Bu dosyaları bulundukları yerden ayrıca silmeniz gerekir. Bir kayıt işlem geçmişiyle ilişkiliyse, uygulama içindeki silme ve düzeltme davranışı uygulamada gösterilen seçeneklere tabidir.

Google ve ilgili reklam iş ortakları, kendilerine ulaşan bilgilerin saklanmasını ve silinmesini kendi politikaları ve uygulanabilir ayarlar uyarınca yönetir. Bkz. Google’ın veri saklama bilgileri.

Çocuklar

Qq Budget genel kitleye yöneliktir ve özellikle çocuklar için tasarlanmamıştır. Bir çocuğun uygulama veya bir reklam hizmeti aracılığıyla kişisel bilgi sağladığını düşünüyorsanız aşağıdaki adresten bizimle iletişime geçin.
